Travelling from Venice and we arrived in Florence for three nights. The hotel is on the second floor of its building and is accessed by stairs and a small Italian style elevator. Constantino was our friendly host and made us feel extremely welcome. He was an abundant source of local knowledge and helped make our stay extremely pleasant visiting many attractions. The room we had was well maintained and clean and our room had some traditional Italian Firenze style wallpaper in it. Beds were firm and we slept well although there is some early morning noise which is inevitable when being located in the city close to the railway station. There are plenty of food options nearby and many of Florence's sights are a short walk away. We walked to Galleria dell Accademia, the leather markets, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery easily. Breakfast was available, but not an option for us as we enjoyed the many cafes and supermarket around the hotel. This was great for walking lunches and fruit. Will definitely stay here the next time in Florence

The hotel is really nice and charming. Near so S.M.N. Firenze train station (3 minutes walking). Breakfast is simple, but very good and effective. Constantino, the owner of the hotel (run by generations of the same family for about 70 years now) is really great. Polite, always give nice suggestions about Firenze, restaurants, where to go, etc. He is always very careful with the hotel guests. He is very nice !!!! In summary, nice place, nice people. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay there if I go back to Firenze again.

The room was large, clean, and nicely decorated for Florence. The elevator was small, but we were happy to have it! However, if the person that used it did not close the doors, it would be stuck on that floor until someone would close it!

Perfect clean boutique hotel in a fantastic location near train station and short walk to all the city sites. Constantino the host was friendly and provided us with a map and lots of local knowledge. Will definitely stay here if we return to Florence.

We liked the booking and checkin process, the location near the SMN train station, markets and tourist sites and especially the friendliness of the staff. The room was large, with high ceilings, the bed linen was clean and crisp. I had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. Thank you Danielle!

We stayed 1 night in december and the location is convenience, few minutes of walk to main train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Staff was really helpful, help us with the luggage and also gave good advice on how to get around Florence.

we love that the owner himself and his sons personally meet the guests. They ensured our comfort. Questions were answered and addressed. Accommodation for limited mobility were done with graciousness. Will definitely come back and refer to families and friends.
